Willie feels fortunate to have discovered, through peers and mentors, a unique way to work in real estate investing that aligns with personal and professional goals. He focuses on answering and solving real estate investors problems and questions regarding investing in multifamily properties. Moreover, he sees himself as adviser by helping investors achieve their financial goals. He builds his relationships based on trust and integrity.
Willie previously work in the healthcare industry taking care of individuals with disabilities and CFO of a trucking company. He has experience in the single family flipping space and experience in business operations, management and financials.
He loves to connect and network with new people. He is very family oriented. He has 3 daughters Kayleen, Mei’lani and Mari'ellie. He loves networking, outdoor activities, playing basketball and taking vacations.
